Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Requeue platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including Partners (businesses) and Users (customers).

2. Description of Service

Requeue provides a digital platform for queue management, reservation booking, and event ticketing. The Platform includes:

  • Requeue HOST: A web dashboard for Partners to manage queues, reservations, staff, and analytics
  • Requeue KIOSK: A tablet-based check-in interface for in-venue use
  • Requeue USER: A customer-facing application for browsing venues, joining queues, and making reservations
  • Requeue ADMIN: An internal administration panel
  • Requeue RESERVATION: A standalone reservation management system

3. Account Registration

3.1 You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Partners must provide valid business information and designate an authorized representative to manage the account.

3.3 You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

4. Partner Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Partner access to the Platform requires a paid subscription. All subscriptions are billed annually.

4.2 Subscription fees are due at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4.3 We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal date.

4.4 Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. Partners may cancel their subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

5. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes
  • Maintain accurate business and queue/reservation information
  • Ensure their staff accounts comply with these Terms
  • Not misuse the Platform to mislead or harm Users
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding their business operations and customer interactions

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when joining queues or making reservations
  • Honor reservations and queue positions in good faith
  • Not abuse the Platform by creating fraudulent bookings or disrupting services
  • Respect cancellation policies set by Partners

7. Reservations and Queues

7.1 Reservations and queue entries are subject to availability and Partner-defined rules, including capacity limits, time slots, and cancellation policies.

7.2 Requeue facilitates the connection between Partners and Users but is not a party to any service agreement between them.

7.3 Partners are solely responsible for fulfilling reservations and managing their queue operations.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 The Platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Requeue and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Partners retain ownership of their business data. By using the Platform, Partners grant Requeue a limited license to use, display, and process their data solely to operate the Platform.

8.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Use the Platform for spam or unsolicited communications

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Requeue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10.3 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Requeue in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Requeue harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

12.1 We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

12.2 Partners may terminate their subscription as described in Section 4.4.

12.3 Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Requeue regarding the Platform.
